I BOUGHT 2 WIGS. WHEN THEY ARRIVED ABSOLUTELY NO STYLE CANNOT USE THEM. I DID NOT EVEN TRY TO SEND IT BACK. THE BLOND COLOR IS AWFUL I TOOK FRONT AND BACK OPICS BUT CAN ONLY UPLOAD ONE PIC. TAKE MY WORFD FOR IT. I HAVE OWNED OVER 100 WIGS LOVE WEARING THEM THE LAST 40 YEARS. THIS WIG IS ALSO A VERY SMALL CAP. DOES NOT FIT PROPERLY.

This company sells wigs. They show a person wearing a wig and when you order the same thing. It is nothing like what is advertised. So I attempted to return it. They advertise 30 day money back guarantee etc. They give you no instructions to return the product. After digging and digging around for information I was able to get an email (that I supplied above). She stated that she was willing to give me a partial refund and to keep the product. I continued to explain that "NO" I wanted a refund. She has still not supplied me with the address that I need to ship this product in order to get my advertised refund. I have been working on this for two weeks now.
