I found a wedding dress that I loved in a bridal store (Tadashi Shoji 18881). Naturally, I searched to find it on the internet at a reduced price. I found it at the site listed above for over 50% from the floor price. The page listed a decent return policy, so I ordered. When I received the dress, not only was it ill-fitting, it was a counterfeit of the dress I had tried on in store. The lace on the outside was not the same, and the inner material was completely different. When I contacted the seller, they made it known quickly that it was at a reduced price because it was a knockoff. Additionally, they did not honor the return policy quoted on the page: Free returns are available for standard sizes within 7 days. Custom sizes are final sale.

They refused to issue a full refund and were frustrating to work with at every turn.

It was only in hindsight that I realized that the warning signs were there at the beginning. This site is not forthcoming that they are selling knockoffs.
