Product was ordered on July 26, 2024. Received a confirmation and tracking number for FedEx on July 30, 2024. Tracking said it was delivered on September 17, 2024 - but it was not delivered! I contacted the vendor, who said he would contact the carrier to see what happened. On October 14, 2024, the vendor contacted me to say that the carrier said that the package got lost. The vendor then offered me a choice of a refund of $10.00 or a replacement of my order. I asked for the replacement of my order. Since then, I only get messages that say that the vendor will arrange for the warehouse to send out a new product for delivery in 15-20 days. But nothing is happening. It seems like a casebook scam.
