I went in to Citifix and the owner, Ergys Kami, claimed to fix my phone where it was a broken screen and the visuals, meaning on the whole top section was a black line, I couldn’t see because of this line, not from the broken screen but the picture or lcd inside the phone itself. I was unable to see or control things that had the black line because there was damage from the screen that caused the picture in the phone to be blacked out and the phone itself due to the crack. He charged me $123 and it appeared to me fixed with a delay of the touch system, meaning when I touched something on my phone it took a few sections to respond to the touch. Two months later I could not see the top part of my screen again. I went back to him and explained this and he told me he fixed the screen and there were no problems with the visuals and to fix it again it would be $150. I told him it was doing the same thing last time and why do I have to pay more money. He told me it is a LCD problem now, and last time it was just a broken screen (lie! If it was just a problem broken screen I wouldn’t have fixed it, I would have just lived with it) I went somewhere else and they told he me gave me a USED screen and tricked me because he didn’t fix it properly and most likely was a ploy to get me to come back and spend more money. They fixed the screen and I have no problems at all. I ended up paying twice to fix something that should have been fixed the first time. Do not shop with him or have him fix anything, he is a thief and uses smart ways to know you will need help again to spend more money. He does not fix the problem, but puts a temporary fix so that you can return and spend more money. Terrible!
