Type of a scam Home Improvement
We accepted his quote for the work and asked for a contract . He needed 1000.00 to pay the Complete Concrete company for the order . We supplied the money for concrete and materials and he brought us the concrete to sign .
On the date he was supposed to start, he texted us with a story of having to finish another job and he would come the next day .
We have not seen him nor received any communication since then.
I initially received the information from the Nextdoor site but I had not contacted him directly when he showed up , which should have been a red flag ??
The business is WEFIX&FLIP
His name is Christopher Clark supposedly or Red if you go through the Nextdoor site .
I need to know next steps ???
