Ordered in May no product

I ordered in May, now January 2022, still no product They messaged me through Instagram about being a brand ambassador. I picked a free product from their website - I was asked to pay for shipping as they claimed to ship ($24) I sent the proof of transaction to them (Alyssa.wegego). Day after, I asked how long the shipping would take was told 7-10 days. I have emailed and contacted credit card company.

I am having the same problem.I paid the shipping money on the 22nd Sep, received nothing. I just filed a dispute with PayPal. They are worldwide, imagine how many people like us. Unbelievable! Their website looks so professional. I am fool by it.

I was able to receive my order last Wednesday and ordered around last week of May. I did wait for too long however it is worth it! Can't wait to post pictures wearing their line.

I ordered last May and I received it last week. It took months to arrived but it's worth it. It got delayed given the covid-19 situation here, which is understandable.

Like the others : it is a scam, do not trust this site ! they invite you to order on the site by paying only the shipping costs and never send you the order.

I have had same experience. Placed an order in March 2021. Paid 50+ for shipping. Never received merchandise and contacted them on IG. I have obtained very vague answers and they seem to just be buying time to scam others.

Don’t fall for this company, i had the same experience like everybody above :( they offered a free pant, i even ordered a top as well and paid 24$ shipping. Website and insta look professional so i trusted it. will try to dispute over paypal. tell everybody not to fall for it and will also report on insta!

I also was ‘recruited’ to be brand ambassador on Instagram by Barbara. I got a code for free purchase, only paying for the shipping and I never got the order. I’ve sent many emails asking for the status of the order and to track it, but didn’t get an answer. Please don’t be a fool like me. Don’t fall for this scam!

I am experiencing the same thing right now - I opened a dispute with PayPal and I'm pretty sure I'm going to win it. If you haven't received anything, don't let them take your money! File a dispute with your payment method if you haven't already!

I sent the proof of transaction to them (Athena.wegego). Day after, I asked how long the shipping would take. I was told they couldn’t ship to India - I said I was in Dubai, UAE. Athena said they couldn’t ship to UAE due to restrictions. I asked for a refund. Still no reply
