I spoke with Bryan Lynch. After receiving the email below. We had a call to discuss what exactly they're looking for and basically their looking to outsource their account receivables to a US based company because they feel someone native to the US will resonate with the customer better to add a layer of trust and comfort when collecting payment. I requested clarification on how payments will be processed and tracked, what CRM or tracking method would be used for internal customer management and communication. He stated Stripe, QuickBooks, and my company name and phone number would be the point of contact communicated to the customer. So I obviously asked why is Wegoma outsourcing something that can easily be established in house since the tasks can and will be carried out remotely. He stated they prefer someone in the US to do it and they can't accept certain payment methods since they're in Germany but they plan to have their operation up and running in the US by the end of April. So once again I tried to confirm we'll be using Stripe and QuickBooks for invoicing and payment transactions....? He said no, wire transfers directly to Wegoma but based on the customers requested method of payment we have to decide what we can except (emphasizing the average ticket amounts) as if that would encourage me to get caught up in a scam or illegal practice. I ended the discussion by requesting everything in writing. The agreement provided still does not specify the details of how these processes will be carried out. I don't see a well established company like Wegoma, that generates this type of revenue would need to take such measures. I feel uncomfortable entertaining it any further.

The Responsibilities of this role (Account receivable) entails Invoicing, collecting payments, and book keeping; Invoicing our North America (USA & Canada-based customers), collecting payments (both new and outstanding), maintaining accurate records (Book keeping), basically matching invoices with payments. This role is crucial for the growth of our company in the region, as we have been facing challenges in keeping up with transaction records due to the high demand for our products in the region.

Communication with customers will primarily be through emails and telephone calls, no travel involved. Be rest assured that you will never be asked to pay any money to get started, this offer can be terminated at your convenience. It is also important to note that this is not a sales/marketing position, and there are no daily, weekly, monthly or yearly quotas to be met. No prior experience is required to excel in this role.
