This is an on-line water filter company. I ordered two purported factory filters for my GE refrigerator. They arrived but were counterfeit filters that did not work and were missing the requisite implanted computer chip. I contacted the "company" and they said to use a hair dryer to take off the old computer chip off of the old but authentic filter and place it on their counterfeit filter. When I tried calling them, they just hung up when I started to talk to them about a refund.
