Fake employment. They got me for the same thing. I sent them $75 for an app then when it came time for my loads they never appeared. When I reached back to them I was called a liar multiple times. I will send copies of my emails to whomever wants to see them. DO NOT send them any money. Stealing from truckers!

I hate that I put in my 2 weeks notice with my previous employer to work with this company. The lady, Alexis, who I now believe owns the company is extremely rude. She has my personal information, but refuses to respond to emails. I paid for my HIPAA and blood pathogen certifications, but was unable to take the exam. You can read the reason why I couldn’t through the emails I uploaded. When I requested a refund, I was told to wait 7-10 business days. I waited, but I never received my refund. When I asked when I should expect it, I was then told that I will not be getting a refund at all. I feel cheated and scammed. It really sucks because I just wanted to get my business off the ground. I have children to feed. I’m not even angry about it, I’m hurt. She’s playing with people’s livelihood.

I have never EVER taken an exam to have failed one! NEVER! I’m genuinely insulted because I’ve taken that exam for multiple companies. Hell I took it a few months before I even applied with this “company” and PASSED! EVERY TIME! ON THE FIRST TRY! but that’s beside the point. I have proof of everything. It’s crazy because she literally contacted me before they responded to me on here. I also posted the proof of that conversation after the fact here. Idk why it isn’t here anymore. At the end of the day, I sent UNDENIABLE proof that I did not take ANY exam nor did I slander the “company”. I sent proof that she claimed that she was processing my refund and guess what? Not only did she NEVER send my money back lol she said that “it seemed as if I didn’t like the way I was spoken to, which isn’t a scam.” Lol Funny right? She also kept asking for my phone number to talk about it further, which I didn’t understand because I didn’t feel there was anything left to talk about. I sent her all of the proof she needed and it still wasn’t enough…… To come on here and see even AFTER all of that, she STILL came back to the internet, THE SAME DAY, lol to keep up this narrative of me being a liar, as she continuously accuses ME of slander. She even switched up the lie she posted before. Come to think of it, her response still doesn’t even make sense because why would I need to “revive a refund” before I took the exam? why were we even discussing a refund in the first place?! LOL I’m honestly waiting for her to post the emails disputing what I’m saying. Lol Don’t hold your breath guys, SHE IS BLATANTLY LYING ON ME! I really didn’t think it was possible for her to look any worse than she already does, but what really puts the nail in the coffin on this “company” to me, is to know that she really came back here to lie on me with the truth sitting in her emails. I’ve been over getting my money back from the time I wrote my initial post. It’s clear I’ll never see it and I’m good with that, but I do not appreciate you coming here to lie on me. I guess you thought I wouldn’t check in on here again. Lol I have no reason to lie about any of this, but you do. Here goes more proof. Check the dates. ;-)

Asia you were not issued a refund because you took the exam. You did not pass the exam. You were told you would be able to revive the refund prior to you actually taking the exams. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can speak with you.

Right now you are slandering our company and it isn’t fair to us that you call us a scam because you failed your test.

We were contacted by a young lady name Alexis, who advised she would get us on boarded. She sent us the carrier packet to complete to be a driver along with doing a timesheet containing all of our demographic and personal information, as well as after submission and completion of all documents, she then advised that we had to pay a $75 fee to be able to download, the app to control our loads and then was promised that we would start every day since Sunday and today is Thursday and still nothing. And then once we emailed and called her she gave us nothing but nasty attitude and very unprofessional when handling such business she advised that they have over 600 drivers and that we have a problem with just being patient. Then she stated that we were rude because we were asking questions about the business that a legitimate business owner would be able to answer, and then she made sure to tell me that she just worked there, when I ask for my money back, she stated that there was no money back due to they had to pay for us to get the app and for them to create us a schedule I have asked for my money back. I have requested my money back because it was sent to her through Google Pay or Apple Pay for some of my other family members at this point this lady is scamming so many people I can only imagine so please please please please be aware and do not send this lady any money or any of your personal information.

The lady Alexis is very rude. She comes off very nice to take your money but the moment she gets your money, she will call you a liar. She will act very unprofessional and upset about nothing and she will find a way to say that you are doing something wrong so she can stop dealing with you she will fake you out and give you our HR email, but is actually her controlling that email as well I was told that they needed help so I brought over seven drivers and she asked all of them to pay her $75 upfront for Dispatch equipment that we never received. She is the Devil.

Yea definitely a fake business, using hard working people that are desperate to make some extra income. They exploit people and manipulate you into thinking they are trying to help. Don’t believe it.

I applied through Zip Recruiter to work as a Driver with this company about 2 weeks ago.

I have had a terrible experience with the manager Alexis ****** who took it upon herself to scream at me over the phone the other day when I called.

I called because I finished my onboarding packet and the screen displayed that I would be starting the next day at around 9am.

I called the number a few times because I wasn’t able to reach anyone and I didn’t want to miss my start date.

As soon as Alexis picked up the phone she said “DID YOU JUST CALL 3 TIMES IN A ROW”?

Right off the bat, I was taken back by her anger towards me since that was the first time I spoke to her over the phone.

I replied “ Yes… Is this Alexis?”

She replied “ YES, AND IM YOUR MANAGER. I DON’T APPRECIATE YOU CALLING THIS LATE. THERE’S ONLY 14 PEOPLE WORKING IN THE OFFICE AND WE ARE ALL RUNNING ON GENERATORS SINCE THE POWER WENT OUT. YOUR BEING EXTREMELY IMPATIENT. SO SINCE YOU CALLED SO MANY TIMES WHAT IS YOUR QUESTION?!”

I replied “I’m sorry I didn’t not mean to come off as impatient I just wanted to speak with someone directly to see if there was a specific warehouse I should report to Tomorrow since the screen says that I start at 9am tomorrow”.

She said “ YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL FROM US.” Then hung up.

That’s why I called because whenever this department sends an email letting us know to look out for more information, it has always been at least a day late which added to my confusion.

My issue is that Alexis could have spoken more respectfully, professionally, and tactfully from the jump. I’m sure she wouldn’t want any of her colleagues yelling at her or a customer like that.

Hello I’m from the company and we are investigating into these claims can you contact [email protected] so we can get to the bottom of your complaint

I was offered a job as a 1099 independent contractor. I had to pay $35 for my background check. I didn't get an interview. Instead I received a call to confirm my information and was told I would get a call for the scheduled interview but that never happened. I emailed about the interview. No response. I called the number they called from and the number did not work. Couple days later got email only to let me know to lookout for login information. Received it and registered. I was told what my start date and time was, which is today. I logged in this morning. Login info was invalid. I reset it. The information was still invalid even after I double check. They may have stolen my identity because I did give personal information.
