I received a letter in the mail stating that I had not paid my HOA dues and if I didn’t pay them by Sept 15, they were going to give the case to their attorney. All of my neighbors received the same letter. We are not now, nor have we ever been in an HOA. I made contact via email with the company and was told they were working on fixing the issue. How many of my neighbors got scared enough to pay them the $300 dollars they asked for? I don’t know.
