This product was advertised as a weight loss product promising a 5 lb weight loss in the first week and regular weight loss with continued use. After using the product for 24 days, I had actually gained weight. The company advertised a 30 day trial with a full refund if the product did not meet your needs. I contacted them to request my refund but was told I would have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee. By the time I did that, I would have barely gotten any refund. They offered me a partial reimbursement without having to return any product, but I still came out with a loss of about $90. They were continuously apologetic about my dissatisfaction with the product and kept encouraging me to continue its use.
