The company's website stated they were kind of a tie-dye company that sells lower cost product due to minor mistakes to clothing. I paid for two separate orders and they said that they delivered it and I told him I never received it so they said they would send it again and not even a few days later they said it was delivered again coming from China and it's not true I never received anything I checked with the postcard and the post office and other agencies that do delivering services that they're tracking numbers are false and fake now they want to take 30% off of my product payment and try to send me refund and I told them no so they make 30% profit off of my money I sent for something that is not real. I decided to contact you to see if you can help me get my money back. I also contacted the real company through be kind called the Sunshine sisters and she let me know that these companies out here duplicate their company and sell people products for cheap to take their money and told me to contact you so here I am. I'm hoping you can help me. thank you.
