I cancelled a subscription to this company by phone twice (because they continued taking my money via PayPal and sending unwanted product after my first cancellation) and online another time because they STILL continued. They have done it again, so I called today for the third time. They say they have no record of my previous cancellations. THEY WILL NOT STOP.
