I made an order online approx a month ago. The website automatically added an additional part to my order after checkout and billed my credit card without my authorization. I requested a cancel of that order and the company said it was too late it had already shipped (it had not). I received one package (the second accidental order) 5 weeks later. I reached about about the initial items that were missing and the company ghosted me for 3 weeks. I sent about 6 emails asking for an update/refund with no response. I filed a dispute with my bank for the charges. The next day someone from the company emailed asking me to remove my dispute because my order was delivered. I answered saying I had been trying to reach out about the other order (worth a significant amount more) and they ghosted again with no response. Others have since posted online they had the same experience and also had to file disputes with their banks. Be aware out there!

This looked like a legitimate website where you purchase college in face masks. The reviews were good. However when I googled reviews many people had the same complaint as me. Their order said shipped back to sender. They never received product and no answer from the company
