On Instagram, there was an ad boasting of the cure of CBD gummies for diabetes. (Like the Dr Oz ad). After getting literally 100s of these and reading various articles and their advertisement. I decided to try it. Thought I was buying 2 bottle for 39.99 and getting 2 free. Next thing the transaction goes through I have 4 bottle for 189.99. This was supposed to be money back guarantee. After I received the product (which didn't look anything like the ad, other than they are in pill bottles, I finally found a phone number at the bottom of a bottle, phoned them, asking for return instructions and was told all sales as final. I've contacted my cc company, and am disputing the charge. The company Assure Medical is not refunding my money.
