I ordered a introductory product for $14.95 plus tax and they added on additional amount of product without my knowledge which I did not see till the order went through. I canceled the order one hour after I saw the problem and for 3 days calling and canceling as well. I was told by email I had to get the regular order to get the $14.95 product. They refuse to let me cancel I have never experienced not being able to cancel an order I have not received it yet. I ordered on March 31.2024 and proceeding to cancel up to today. April 2, 2024 of which I got the email of no cancellation today 4,2,2024 This company I saw on Facebook, I have posted this on facebook and my local town neighborhood app. I notified my bank to dispute of which they are doing as of today. If noting else I would like the ScamPulse.com to post the grievance I have experienced from this company. If for any reason I don't get my account credited by the company or my bank I want people to know about this company's poor business tactics. I am a senior and this could easily be targeted seniors. Thank you
