I live in CA but received a call from a man named Chris identifying himself as an agent from the Wellness Registration Facility. No other info was given. I just signed up for an employer sponsored Medical plan here in CA at my new job and was at first confused as to the intent of the call, but proceeded to give them my address here in CA. I immediately discovered this was a scam call when this man Chris told me that my first premium would be $275 for the month of July and August, especially since I informed him that my new medical plan was almost 100% covered by my new employer. He then hung up on me instantly.

Please look into this and give me a response as soon as you can.
