After completing the intake form, I was immediately taken to a payment screen, without being given the chance to connect with a physician or learn more about their process. This was contrary to their advertised claims of professional consultation. I submitted payment, but I did not receive any further information as promised. I was supposed to receive an email with details on how to create an account to track my progress, but no such information arrived. After waiting for hours, I tried to create an account manually on their site, but the process failed repeatedly, even though I carefully followed all steps. It appeared to be a technical error on their side, not mine.
Since then, I have tried multiple times to contact their customer service. Within the last 15 minutes, I attempted to reach them through all the channels they claimed were available during business hours. When I called during their stated hours of operation, I was sent directly to voicemail. Their chat feature generated automated responses indicating I was trying to contact them outside of office hours, which was incorrect since I was well within the listed timeframe. Emails to their support address also triggered generic automated replies, with no follow-up from any representative.
Further investigation into their online presence raised even more concerns. Their social media accounts, which supposedly represent a company serving over 50,000 customers, had very few followers and minimal engagement. Many of the reviews and testimonials appeared AI-generated or altered. Additionally, I discovered that the physicians they list on their website were only affiliated with their own private practices, with no mention of Wellness Swag. One physician, who was listed as experienced in emotional support animal therapy on the site, turned out to specialize in medical marijuana and had no relevant credentials.
I am also concerned about the safety of my personal information, as I submitted payment through a third-party app. Although the app managed the transaction, I provided my email and contact information through the website, and I fear my data could have been compromised.
Given the deceptive practices and failure to provide the promised services, I am requesting a full refund of my payment. I also ask for assurance that my personal information has not been compromised or misused. I believe this situation needs immediate investigation to address the fraudulent claims and misrepresentation of licensed professionals.
