I had the same experience as the last person states. They called me saying someone was trying to open an account and then gave me a case number transferred me a few times and tried to get me to send money through my cash app. I hung up after almost falling for it. Phone # 609-640-5586 they asked to send funds to.

Said there was unauthorized use of my account. But I dont have wells Fargo account. And then wanted me to click on message received.

Texted me to confirm my online banking for Wells Fargo, which is not my bank. Sent me a second text with a link I did not click because it was definitely a phishing scam for my information.
