1ST MALE REPRESENTIVE SPOKE IN SPANISH AND I RESPONDED BACK IN ENGLISH, REPLIED "I DO NOT SPEAK IN SPANISH" TRANSFERRED ME TO 2ND MALE REPRESENTATIVE AND ASKED HE ASK ME IS THIS IS "FIRST & LAST NAME" AND I RESPONDED WITH "NO" AND THE MALE REP HUNG UP THE PHONE IMMEDIATELY.
