I am 79 years old. I received an email it read: Thank you for your order with Paypal. Your order has been successfully placed. Expressing our gratitude for your immediate attention to this issue and for your continued support in business. The product item Norton 360 Deluxe 2 year payment already paid. We have charged $259.99 to your account. The debited amount will be reflected in your account within 12 hours. billing support 1-818-453-2401. The order ID PHKY3LHEIWBB 1.31.24 payment status successful. If you don't approve of this you have 12 hours to contact and cancel 818-453-1214. I called adn spoke to a woman who spoke broken English. I told her I was not computer savvy, and could not go through their process. She wanted me to get on Google and download something. She said your order is cancelled. I asked her for the confirmation number and she hung up.
