I tried to purchase a puppy. I was told to use a P2P app. I said I wasn’t comfortable with that and could I use my credit card as I have fraud protection. I was told they would send information about how to pay using cards. I was told to go to Walmart or Walgreens and purchase up to $750 worth of prepaid visa MasterCard or American Express cards then send the numbers and security codes of each and my puppy would arrive 24 hours later.
