Still unsure if the business is legit or not. But I was contacted by a recruiter online, then interviewed online, strictly chat, specifically through Google Hangouts. No phone interview, no video interview. I was hired online, they "processed" paperwork for me, such as an official company job offer, W4, I-9, Company code of conduct. They have not attempted to ask for money, but instead offered money to buy equipment for work. The only thing they have asked for is SSN through the W4 and I-9 forms. I would like to know if I am in any real danger or not. Please.
