I order a bra in a size I thought would fit me. It did not, so I let them know I would like to exchange it and 3 or 4 times, they answered that it was what I ordered and they shipped it. Period. After I couldn't get a better answer than that, I demanded a refund. Again, they stated that it was shipped correctly and would not exchange it or authorize a refund. I was angry and wanted to do something. Then I saw this.

They advertised items that come wildly mis-sized, poorly sweet, entirely unusable and wouldn’t fit a child. Don’t waste your money, they say there’s a return policy but then say it’s not eligible.
