I ordered a flat sleep hammock from Wertusy (FLAT SLEEP HAMMOCK TENT WITH BUG NET AND SUSPENSION KIT" and they sent a normal cheap hammock with a bug net. When I asked for a refund and I would return what they sent they said I should keep it and give it to someone. They did offer a 10% refund. I said no. Then they offered a 20% refund. I said no. Their "final offer" was 30%. At that point I agreed, figuring that was batter than nothing. However remember the hammock they sent was worth about $15. I have included pictures below of that their website had pictured and what they sent. I added that I lost money because I feel like they misrepresented what they sold. I would never have bought what was delivered for the price paid. Here is a link to what I thought I was buying.
