My sister- in -law ordered flowers for $49.99 from Flower Delivery Express.com online. They are run by Wesley .The picture showed a beautiful arrangement of flowers. When my parents received them, they looked like a $5.99 bouquet you would get at a convenient store. She called Flower Delivery Express and they resent the same flowers. When I called them, they would not tell me who fills their flower orders from online. I then asked if local florist do and they said, yes. I called my local florist and they did not fill the order. The supervisor from Flower Delivery Express said, if the florist does not have the flowers they send a substitution. I said yes, but daisies and small buds are not a substitution for a $49.00 bouquet of beautiful flowers. It is a scam and they are ripping people off. Wesley has other sellers too. They need to be ck into and closed down or stopped.
