the people involved called themselves Wesley Williams and Uzair Qureshi. They had a website called Wesleypomeranians.com, which they have no taken down bc of my situation. I was to pick up the puppy after putting down a reservation fee of $300. When that fell through he said he could ship the puppy. So I sent the remaining amount of $350 to them. He then sent me a video of the puppy and it was not the puppy on the website. When I called this into question he took down the website, shut off his phone and possibly shut down the email.
