Brian West presents himself as an experienced contractor, gives reasonable rates and requires 60% of the agreed upon total up front. He brings 2 men to start work, tears out what needs to be replaced, leaves a giant pile of materials on the lawn, then makes an excuse for leaving early - a family emergency which requires another 20% of the total payment. He never returns after this. He will text you back after you try to call, promising to be there the next day, but never shows up either to finish the job or return any money to dissatisfied customers. In our case, the materials he brought weren't even appropriate for the job, and he claims to have bought other materials which never even made it to our house.
