I was contacted by an individual stating I had taken a loan out in May of 2016, and that a claim would be filed and once done I would forfeit all of my legal rights. The individual stated I would be served at my place of employment. When I asked for paperwork or any business identifying information, she stated she could not send that information out until payment was received. She not only contacted myself but my children as well.
