Terrible quality and impossible to return

If you order from West mirrors, you better like what you ordered because they make it impossible to return the product. I thought the quality was terrible so I paid UPS $50 to return the mirror. Neither UPS nor I knew there are apparently Canadian custom fees so my return is now stuck at the border. I am now out $150 for a $100 mirror and don’t expect a refund. The second mirror I bought was similarly awful but I am going to donate it to avoid the aggravation of another return. Don’t recommend.

This repulsive company is most definitely a SCAM! They charge high prices for extremely low quality products!

Our mirror arrived warped and looks magnified. Almost like a fun house mirror. Also the overall quality of the frame and construction is very poor. The mirror is very cheaply made, but the price was is high.

They told me the mirror looks fine to them in pictures and told me they will not accept the return. I went back and forth with them for weeks and they eventually just stopped talking to me. They said even if I sent the mirror back that they would not accept it or refund my money or replace the warped mirror. Customer service is RUDE and response time is slow.

This company is a disgrace. Not to be trusted! It's a total scam and NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN! How is it legal that companies this dishonest are allowed to exist and sell product online!? Protect the buyers!

They advertise these beautiful but pricey mirrors. I bought 3 in early March. Initially they would be shipped in 30 to 75 days. When the time came they told me they would be shipped in June (early/late), then July (early/late), then August (early/late). The date changes biweekly and they just say that they have no idea when they would have inventory. But they keep selling them online with heavy social media marketing. I left a bad review and they deleted it, that's why they only have glowing reviews. I suspect the reviews may be fake because this is a new company (2020) that supposedly doesn't have inventory but they have almost 1300 reviews online as of August 2021. I have asked for a refund because I no longer believe I will get my mirrors. They have lied to me several times via email. They are ignoring me now and not responding to my request for a refund.
