Found him online via offer up add says makes custom shutters comes out to your home or business measures and gives you an invoice and amount of 1/2 down and the rest when he installs the shutters. Well you pay him and NOTHING like he fell off the face of the earth!

Buyer Beware! I got scammed out hard earned money!
