Ad on instagram as MCCO. After purchase, came up as westally. Items shipped and shipping tracking wasn't robust and was lagging in locations for long time. When it finally showed up as delivered, it wasn't. Even paid shipping insurance...for no reason apparently.

Ordered several pairs of jeans from a company stating they were in the US on a Facebook ad. Once ordered email was from a different name, i got tracking info...29 days later says delivered, but nothing was. Tried to contact by email and no response.
