I received an email the next day that my order was being shipped. I was given a tracking number, but no courier. I also received a link to Track718.us to track my package. I was surprised to see the package was being delivered from China. On this tracking website, the package tracked all the way to the destination (my home address) however it was never received.

Tracked items on their suspicious tracking site for a month until it stated package was in my own city-for four days. Then contacted their email address only to get poorly written canned messages stating the shipper/carrier must have lost it-and they could re-expedite.
