I contacted the individual to purchase a teacup yorkie. After sending payment using Vanilla Visa I was contacted on Saturday 12-20-2021 by the shipper that I had to pay $1500 to rent a special crate. The website clearly stated that the puppy would be in an airline approved crate and that it was free shipping. After speaking to the shipper so I was told, they refused to ship the puppy unless i got another Vanilla Visa card for $1500 and supposedly I would be refunded the money. I was also told that there would be 3-4 dogs in the crate with my teacup puppy. How safe would that be and yet they were telling me I didn’t love this puppy and I had to pay this additional Astronomical fee. You can buy an airline crate at PetSmart or Amazon starting at $50. Which the breeder was suppose to provide. After back and forth conversation, I had reached my limit of dealing with the shippers, I contacted the breeder again and requested my money back because of the refusing to ship. The breeder now refuses to find another shipper or refund my money. This whole process was nothing but a scam because I reached out to the Atlanta Airline inquiring about shipping puppies/dogs and was told that the are shipped in the regular crate and if i was being told there was a special crate that was going to cost me $1500 it was a scam. To sum all of this up, the breeder lied about several things. They have taking down the page that listed what the provide for shipping the puppies. I made screen shots of all of their pages and i will attach the page that said Free Shipping, Proper crate provided, and 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. So here I’m am 4 days later no puppy and out $600. So BEWARE Westberg teacup yorkie puppies are liars and scammers. Careful with making a purchase on line like what I did and lost my money and received no puppy!!!
