A few hours before my deadline I had not heard back from him, then he sent raw photos of my husband, his partner, him, and me.
I chose a few pictures for him to edit but I was worried he would not get them done in time because it was really late. He stated through text message he would, I never heard back from him or received any edited photos by my deadline.
several hours past the deadline he was paid for he sent me LOW-QUALITY photos and some of which I did not choose for him to edit. The editing was awful and I texted him and told him so but he has not responded. We have tried to contact him several times and he has yet to respond. He has not provided the photos we paid him for and he placed the badly edited photos of me and my brand name on his website.
We have asked him on multiple channels to remove my name and images but have not heard back from him, he refuses to respond to any of our requests and we have contacted the credit card company to reverse the charges.
We will take legal action if he does not remove my Brand name and image from his website.
