Western Capital Commerce is delighted to confirm that your loan
application has been received and processed. On behalf of Western
Capital Commerce, we would like to congratulate you on your loan
approval subject to the completion of formalities. This letter
represents an assessment by Western Capital Commerce and is applicable
only in the event that we provide financing for this approval. This
agreement will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws
of North America. The formalities and clarification of this approval
will be outlined in full details which include clauses covering the
breakdown of the loan and interest charges, repayment conditions, lender
and borrower information, warranties, and provisions in the event of the
borrower's default. This is our commitment to close the loan at an
interest rate of 9.5% which is good for the entire term of the loan. The
Collateral or security of this loan is what allows your lender to
receive compensation if you, the borrower, failure to meet the terms
within the Loan Agreement or prove to be a high risk in defaulting on
the payment terms. Here at, Western Capital Commerce, we say “YES” to
applicants when banks aren’t an option.
Subject to everything being in order, your representative will insure
that your loan will be released to you. In addition, we reserve the
right to amend this approval prior to the release of the loan in the
event we determine that adverse changes have occurred in your financial
status, or if discrepancies are found in the information disclosed.
