This was supposed to be a timeshare sale. We were forwarded a signed agreement and we wired 174.00 to a Julian Vincent to Florida, for title search, transfers on Sept 25, 2015 tracking # 467-143-1028 and next day phones went to voice mail and website was taken down. We never heard from him again.Knew it sounded too good. Should have followed my instincts.
