I have been searching for a used horse trailer for sale. While using a legitimate site, I made a request for more information from the seller. I received a text directing me to www.wd-ride.us. This website looks very professional. They list a lot of trailers for sale and state that they sell and deliver to anywhere in the US. What made me suspicious was that the prices listed are all must less than I would expect and they have no phone number, only an email address for customer support. So I called a couple of people in Vale, Oregon and no one had heard of them. I then spoke with the sheriff's department who confirmed that the business address was not legitimate. When I was going through the process of making this complaint I saw that you had already had complaints about another business, Western Way LLC, who also used this same address, 175 Ellsworth St, Vale, OR, and also supposedly sold horse trailers. I am not going to do any business with them and I would like others to be warned so that they don't lose money to these scammers.

I WAS IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW HORSE TRAILER- COST OF NEW AND USED TRAILERS WAS TO MUCH FOR ME TO AFFORD, I DID A GOOD SEARCH FOR CHEAP USED HORSE TRAILERS- I FOUND A WEBSITE CALLED HORSECLICKS.COM THAT OFFERS CLASSIFIED OF TRAILERS ALL OVER THE US. I FOUND ONE I LIKED AND CLICKED ON THE DEALERS WEBSITE- THIS BROUGHT ME TO https://westernway.us/?route=home. ON THIS WEBSITE THERE IS A LOT OF INFORMATION THAT ALL SEEMS LEGIT AND UP TO SNUFF FOR PURCHASING USED TRAILERS. THEY HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION YOU WOULD EXPECT TO SEE ON SITE LIKE AN ACTION, THE PURCHASE AGREEMENTS AND THE WARRANTY THE TRAILERS COME WITH ALONG WITH THE COST TO SHIP THE TRAILER, I WAS SKEPTICAL ABOUT THE LOST COST HOWEVER THE SITE SEEMED TO BE ALL IN ORDER SO I MADE AN ACCOUNT AND SELECTED THE TRAILER I WAS INTERESTED IN- SENT A MESSAGE TO THE COMPANY THROUGH THERE CONTACT PAGE ON THE SITE. I RECEIVED BACK AN EMAIL NOT ANSWERING ANY OF MY QUESTIONS BUT ASKING FOR PHOTOS OF MY LICENCE, PHOTOS OF ME AND PROOF OF ADDRESS- THIS SEEMED STRANGE TO ME SEEING IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SIMPLE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION AND THE TRAILER HAVE BEEN SHIPPED. ONCE I WAS SKEPTICAL I GOOGLED REVIEWS OF WESTERN WAY- ONLY ONE REVIEW APPEARED. I DID A SEARCH OF THE COMPANY IN THE ScamPulse.com WEBSITE- FOUND THAT IT HAS ONLY BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR LESS THAN 6MONTHS. THIS BROUGHT ME TO SEARCHING HORSE TRAILER SALE SCAMS ON GOOGLE AND I FOUND AN ARTICLE ON THE ScamPulse.com WEBSITE THAT SEEMED TO MATCH UP WITH MOST OF THE INFORMATION IN THE WEBSITE WAS THE SAME AS THE SCAMMERS WEBSITE THAT THE ScamPulse.com SHUT DOWN- SEE LINK HERE https://www.bbb.org/western-michigan/news-events/other-news/2018/04/too-good-to-...⇄ . WESTERN WAY OFFERS THE SAME 100% GAURENTEE AS WELL AS THE $250 OR $750 DEBIT CARD WHEN PURCHASING A TRAILER, I ALSO DID A GOOGLE SEARCH OF THE ADDRESS AND SAW THAT IT IS A LUMBER YARD. LASTLY I STARTED LOOKING AT PHOTOS OF THE DIFFERENT TRAILERS ON THERE WEBSITE- NONE OF THE PICTURES ARE TAKEN AT THE SAME LOCATION, AT THIS POINT I HAVE ENOUGH REASON TO BELIEVE THAT WESTERN WAY WAS JUST TO GOOD TO BE TRUE AND I CALLED THE BBB.
