This company is giving me the name Westfield, with no other information. They are saying they are a legal processing office. They are trying to get me to set up payments of $112 Dollars bi weekly threatening if I don't they will move forward with locating me and going to court. The requested my FULL SSN before telling me anything what the complaint was about i only provided them with the last 4. The debt they are requesting I pay I know is a accurate debt that I owe but I don't believe this company is working for them. I believe they are scamming people. The would not let me pay a lesser amount. They will not provide me with documentation or proof of anything. they are saying the only documentation I will get is if they continue to locate me and they are in fact able to but in that event it would be to late to set up payments with them and it will go to court. They are threatening to contact my employer and supervisor to "get my location. I looked up the company and cant find any information on them. i don't feel comfortable giving access to my bank account with documentation. it all seems very sketchy.
