I was never told the interest rate nor was I told that I would be able to vacation every odd year . I was never told of maintenance fees until the end of the contract signing and when asked how much it would be, I was told approximately $700, although they are $1094.

When I called to make a reservation on 4/9/2021, I was told that I could not use my bonus week at the desired location because the time had expired although I was told that my bonus week doesn’t expire until (November 2021). This can be proven.

Westgate led me to believe they had Westgate locations about through the attached brochure. I was informed when attempting to make a reservation that there are no Westgate resorts at Destin, Charleston, SC, Aruba, Palm Beach and several other locations.

I was not made fully aware of the loan terms and many details about the use of the timeshare was hidden from my knowledge when signing the contract.

I was forced to sit for hours to hear a sales pitch. They tell you that you cannot leave until they are done.
