shipping took 3 months, and the company now says the product was 'disposed of' by the USPS for a bad address.

I ordered a shirt from Westquil (order #*******). It was too large and I ordered a smaller shirt and then requested a return, which they required. I then returned the unwanted shirt to the address provided. The problem is that at USPS the postal workers said the address (exactly as sent to me) didn't actually exist. We double and triple checked the address, and they sent it anyway. As they the postal workers expected, the shirt was returned to me because the address was incorrect. I asked for help from Westquil, all they said is that I could take a 40% refund or return the shirt. I explained I could not return the shirt. They didn't care. I finally threatened to leave a negative review (pasted below). They just said they'd give me a 45% return. I went to post the negative review and found out there is no way to post a negative review on their website, which led me to believe this is all a scam.

In short, these people claim to have a return policy, but there is no actual way to return the items or to give negative reviews, and I suspect in exasperation people like me just give up, but I decided this time instead to be a stickler, not take the partial refund, and report them to the better business bureau. I hope you can nail them for this family obvious little scam. Please do let me know if I can be of help to you. Thank you so much for your hard work.

So returning it to you is not an option. So this to me seems like a scam. You are basically saying I have no return option. I would like 100% of my money back please. All I want to do is return the product. If you do not offer me the option of a return that actually works, making me pay at all for the product is not acceptable. If I do not recieve a 100% refund, I will go online and leave reviews describing my experience as follows:

"Don't buy this shirt cause you might get scammed like me if you need to return. I was excited to try this shirt. I'm often between a medium and a smal. So I tried a medium. Unfortunately, I picked wrong. When I tried to return it, they gave me a shipping address that didn't work (the USPS folks thought it was a nonsense address too) and it got returned to me. Now they are saying that I have to just keep the shirt and pay for most of it, or return (which I can't do cause their shipping address is nonsense). So yeah. I'm out $40 bucks for a shirt that's too big for me. Scam. Buyer beware. Unhappy customer. I told them if they didn't offer me a viable return option or give 100% refund I would post this. They didn't care. "

So I went to the post-office about 10 days ago to mail back the shirt and mailed it to the address provided. The folks at USPS were a bit confused because they could not bring up an address on their computer that matched the address you sent me above. But they sent it anyway as you had written it (for $8.25), and unfortunately 2 days ago the shirt got returned to me with "Return to Sender. No such Number. Unable to Forward." on it. This is of course quite frustrating, especially since my wife and I just had a baby we brought home from the hospital two days ago and I am unable to run further errands at this time.
