A ad popped up on my Facebook account for the wetraci fantasy mall, the products were unique posable stuffed animals. I thought they were cute so I went to the online store and placed two separate orders for Christmas presents for family. After two weeks of nothing I sent them a email inquiring about the orders, they sent me a email back apologizing about the delay and insured me the orders would be shipped as soon as possible. But when I try to track the orders it says that they are awaiting shipment still. I sent them another email today requesting to cancel my orders and get a refund I'm waiting to hear back. After my bad experience I decided to do some research on the company and apparently they are scamming alot of people.
