I placed an order on Wex and received a minimal follow-up. I then googled the three storefronts listed on the site, and none of them are actual stores (they're all fake addresses). I then called the number listed on the site, which routes you to an automated voicemail message set up through Google Voice (as if the number were just a cell phone)--no actual person answered the phone despite several repeat calls. Finally, I emailed the email and received a message back with minimal addition information (written in broken English). With all of this, I was never able to get in touch with anyone and never received my product or a shipment confirmation. Many other customers have also filed reports on Wex. It is a complete hoax and I have already called my credit card company to stop the transaction.
