I was scrolling through Facebook Marketplace for a new desk, and it gave me “WF Outlet” as a sponsored ad option. I wasn’t sure about it and didn’t see any reviews but now it’s been weeks and after trying to contact every customer service line they have via email and phone; my product hasn’t been delivered and they won’t refund me and now my own bank won’t help me work with the merchant either. I just want others to know it’s a scam and would love help getting my money back if possible
