I purchased a chaise lounge that was on sale on 8/2/24. I watched the tracking for abt 2 weeks and then it stopped updating. I reached out through email to inquire abt it and it was updated immediately after. Two more weeks go by and the tracking says the lounge finally made it to my city. Then the tracking stopped again. I reached out once again. They looked into it and then it said out for delivery. Two days later it said delivered but it was not delivered. I reached out once again. They apologized by telling me that they’re sorry my package was lost in logistics and that I should be patient while they try to figure out what happened during transport. They also said that they would send it out again and I should give them 10-15 business days to send it out and wait for tracking from the local post office. Now I am 2 months in and still have not received my lounge or any new tracking info.
