I applied for a job on indeed, received an email asking for me to have an interview with them, I spoke to a man named Walter Bateman and he told me after the interview i had received the job. He then mailed me a check to purchase office equipment to begin the remoted job, I deposited the check into my bank and then they had me wire the money supposedly to purchase the equipment through a purchase order. My bank called me and said the check was a fraud, my account is now on hold and unless they can fix it I will owe my bank $7,900.00. Name on account : Deandre Koonce Christian

Asked me to download the Signal app for communication and an interview, which was entirely via text. Then they overnighted a check to me so I could purchase work related equipment from one of their vendors in order to begin working for them. Found via indeed.com

I applied for a job on Indeed.com. Perfect dream job. I was sent an email stating that I needed to download the signal app to start the interviewing process. My entire interview was conducted through this app and was given the job immediately. They told me that I am going to receive a check in the mail to purchase my computer and all software needed. I will not be accepting the check or have any plans to cash the check!
