Type of a scam Online Purchase
Be warned! I ordered a $75 electronics mystery box on June 22, 2021 and never received any products. I have reached out to What the box many times via email, text, and telephone.
None of my calls have ever been answered and the voice mail has always been full so I have been unable to leave a message.
Text messages are always responded to with an automated response. I have gotten a few typed responses containing the following; I will check with the warehouse, it should be shipped this week, we are short staffed, or inventory didn't come in. None of these responses were ever followed up with another response.
