I listed my 2007 Kenworth transport truck for sale on kijiji. A man contacted me with qualified questions that a trucker would ask. He wanted my address to come see the truck. Once we had arranged that, he said that he needed an accident report record as he trucks in the U.S. and I also trucked in the States. He said that he wouldn't come see the truck until he knew whether that truck was in any accidents or not. When I went on the site, I had to purchase the report which cost me $39.00 U.S or $53.02 Cdn. When I told the guy that I had purchased it, he went silent. Very frustrated that this happened. I just wanted to warn other truckers to not fall for this scam.
