I have ordered two products, a lap desk and a Christmas tree. Money was charged immediately, before shipping. After several months, I contacted the company and they said that the products were refused delivery due to incorrect address. I asked the Whevina what address they have on file for me several times, but they refused to tell me. After several contacts, they said that I can give me a refund but I need to pay a 50% restocking fee. I explained to them that I don't want a refund, I want the product. I told them that they have my correct address and that they never shipped my product, so there should not be any restocking fee. They then said that they would reduce my restocking fee to 20%. I repeated myself and told them to either ship my product or give me a full refund. They then said they would reduce my restocking fee to 10%. I again said, product or full refund. They said they would give me the refund, but now that some time has elapse, it appears they are just stalling. I really don't think I am going to get any money back from them. I am upset that it has been four months and there is no progress on Whevina's part.
