Told me someone else was wanting to use my LLC name and if I didn't respond in 4 business days by registering my LLC name to hold the ownership rights federally (which they say is mandatory), someone else would get that name. No amount of money was given to do this, but if I went through them, they would ask for some amount I'm sure.
